Cooking Classes: We will
work with you and your guests in advance to create a menu that will not only
be exciting to learn to cook, but to eat as well!
We can do anything from teaching you how to make homemade ravioli and
tortellini, to an entire evening of classic French sauces, to a menu devoted
to everything chocolate! The
World would be your oyster, and I’ll teach you how to shuck them, and make
a Huckleberry Mignonette!
Holiday
Parties: With the
holiday season fast approaching, many of us are trying to find the time to
celebrate with all of our friends, family, and coworkers.
Allow Bella Sera Catering to come in and do all of the work at your
home or office so you can enjoy each others’ company.
Whether we create a formal, intimate, seated dinner for your guests,
or a more laid back party, we can come up with an evening that will honor
the season!
Underground
Restaurants: A new fad
in many of the larger cities in the
U.S.
and around the World, Bella Sera Catering would work with you to design a
menu that could be created and served at your own home, turning your
wonderful abode into a restaurant for the evening!
Invite your “customers” to come and order from the culinary
creations that we’ve chosen to offer that evening.
For that night, you get to be the Maitre D’, the Sommelier, and
Emcee of your own restaurant…leave the dishes to us!
