A sampling of some of the dishes I can create...

Triple Bruschetta
A medley of bruschetta will be offered, featuring such delectable flavors as roasted eggplant, margherita, and an olive and caper tapenade.

Roasted Red Pepper and Potato Soup
A roasted pepper and potato soup will be created for the guests and topped with a garlic crostini and julienne herbs.

Swordfish with Caponata Sauce
Fresh swordfish fillets will be grilled and then finished in a Chardonnay sauce which features fresh grapes, kalamata olives, and diced tomatoes.

Lemon Sorbet
A simple, yet flavorful lemon sorbet is served in lemon cups, along with a splash of brut champagne to cleanse the palate.

Ravioli alla Santina and Stuffed Pork Loin
Ravioli alla Santina is a wonderfully flavorful dish which pairs homemade cheese filled ravioli pillows which are topped with a spicy tomato sauce and peppery arugula.

 The entrée is a tender pork tenderloin, which has been stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, onions and sun dried tomatoes.  It is slow roasted and served with a robust red wine demiglace.

Mixed Green Salad with Chevre
A wonderful salad using local mixed greens which are topped with tomatoes, green onions and broiled Goat Cheese croutons and finally drizzled with a light Dijon vinaigrette.

Mixed Berry and Pear Cobbler with Hazelnut Topping
A mixed berry and pear cobbler with a hazelnut topping was served with fresh vanilla bean ice cream for each guest.
