and Stuffed Pork Loin
Ravioli alla Santina is a wonderfully flavorful dish which pairs
homemade cheese filled ravioli pillows which are topped with a spicy
tomato sauce and peppery arugula.
The entrée is a tender pork tenderloin, which has been stuffed
with spinach, mushrooms, onions and sun dried tomatoes.
It is slow roasted and served with a robust red wine demiglace.
