About Bella Sera Catering

Once a month for the past couple of years I have hosted dinner parties for my close friends and family in my home. I enjoy the challenge of preparing new and delicious foods each month.

I have been in the food and restaurant business since I was a boy, not to mention the hours I have spent cooking for family events (and we have a lot of them!) and for friends. I was trained in restaurant management for Houston's Restaurants and worked in that capacity in Southern California for several years. I have always had a passion for food and entertaining and felt that sharing that love with others would be a great way to live my life!

I am a Spokane native and have lived here most of my life so far. My family has been in Spokane for generations and we value the close relationships and the network of family and friends we have built here. I want to share that feeling of togetherness with my customers by making meals at home an every day occurrence.
